"STATIONS OF THE Crèche" -- An advent devotion
Every Friday at 7p this Advent – Dec. 6, 13, and 20 -- in the main church, prepare your heart for the Christ Child’s arrival in a beautiful way with your parish family by praying the “Stations of the Crèche.” These recently published nine stations and reflections – written by parishioner Katie Svec, OFS – follow the Holy Family on their way to Bethlehem with context from the time of St. Francis of Assisi, the creator of the first Nativity Scene.
Join us in celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ by viewing more than 200 nativity displays setup throughout our main building. This FREE family-friendly event offers a peaceful place for guests to reflect upon Christ’s sacred birth as they usher in the Christmas season.
Sunday Only: Live Nativity in the Sacred Heart of Mary Courtyard from 2 pm to 4 pm (from St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Tipton)
Both Days: Stay for Advent Vespers in the St. Joseph Chapel at 4 pm (half hour).
