Welcome to St. Maria Goretti’s Religious Education. We are happy that you and your children are part of our faith-based learning community. The Religious Education ministry is here to assist you, the parents, in your role as primary teachers of the Catholic faith to your children. The partnership with our parents is taken very seriously. We are committed to providing an environment that will allow children to learn, experience, and grow as members of our Catholic community.

The mission of Religious Education here at St. Maria Goretti is to promote catechesis and education as a life-long commitment for preschool children through adulthood. This is accomplished by teaching and formation on Sacred Scripture as well as teaching doctrine and Tradition of the Roman Catholic Church. We strive to model Catholic practices and values and promote participation in Liturgical worship and the Sacramental Life of the Church.

We value every child and the gifts that God has given each one. We appreciate the diverse learning styles that our children bring to us and strive to meet the needs of all learners.

Evangelization through Religious Education involves each of us. We are all responsible to share the Good News of Jesus Christ. In the spirit of community, I welcome your thoughts and concerns. Together we can help build the Kingdom of God!

P.R.E. Sessions: Sunday- 8:30 AM to 9:45 AM OR 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM

Monday- 4:00 PM to 5:15 PM
