Welcome to HOPE!!!!!
To All 7th and 8th Grade Teens:
Welcome and God Bless! In case you've ever wondered, HOPE means
Hands Open Praising Eternally! The name was created by the teens to
express their love of God and the hope they have in Jesus Christ!
The mission of the St. Maria Goretti youth group, HOPE, is to foster
the growth of the youth’s: spiritual well being, knowledge of their
Catholic Faith, sense of Catholic Community and to build a welcoming
and safe environment where everyone can have fun and enjoy each
other as we all continue our journey in faith.
Throughout the year you will learn more about our rich Catholic
faith in various ways. Fun is always on the agenda for the night!
You can expect to play games, role-play, perform skits, watch
videos, PRAY, and/or have small group discussions.
We also have a great group of adult youth ministers who are very
caring individuals who want to help you grow in your faith!! This
promises to be an exciting year. Come join us to share and grow in
your faith. We'll all have fun along the way.
HOPE is open to all 7th and 8th grade teens. We meet on Wednesday
evenings from 7 to 8:30 PM in the Youth Room at St. Maria Goretti.
If you have any comments, concerns, prayer requests, or ideas,
